To hold the Booking confirm 100% advance is essential during 1 October to 31 March.

During 1 April to 30 September 50% advance is essential.

Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM

Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night. Please contact our team.

Later check-outs are available on request and are subject to availability. Please contact our team.

Food & Drink

We serve only vegetarian organic meals. All our menus are inspired by the freshness of our surroundings – pure, clean and slow! Food ingredients are picked from our farm, and neighbouring areas. Menus are made seasonally.

Should you have any dietary restrictions, please inform our communications team in advance via email.

Outside food is not permitted at Aranya Vilas.

Breakfast - 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM

Lunch - 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM

Dinner - 7:30 to 10:00 PM

Cancellation Policy

All rates are non-refundable.

Child Policy

Children 6 years & above would be taken as an extra person.

2 Kids in one room would be taken as an extra person.

Communication Policy

Communication has to be done via e-mail.

Kindly use single mail id for all communication.

Booking or cancellation will be confirmed on E-mail only.

Humble Request

Our villas are owned by extremely sophisticated and seasoned people and they often lodge in during their visits. These villas have been decorated with a lot of passion and contain valuables with high sentimental and financial significance to the proprietors. Kindly do not exploit the property or anything belonging to it.

Property Rules:

Please provide complete clarity on the total number of guests beforehand to avoid any kind of inconvenience/confusion at the time of check-in.

Tru Voya Hospitality has the sole right to evict any guest if the house rules/policies aren’t followed or if any inconvenience/harm caused to the premises or to the team.

Unanticipated guests are not desired/appreciated at the property so please refrain from bringing them over as the same is not acceptable.

In case of damage, the cost of repairs/replacements will be incurred by you at the property itself during your stay or prior to the checkout as assessed by the owner.

You will not be able to play music beyond 8 PM at our properties.

Linen will be changed once in 2 days.

Illegal activities are strictly prohibited and any indulgence in the same will be reported to the authorities immediately.

We are not comfortable housing pets. Please avoid bringing them along.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and is only allowed in the outside area. Violation of the same can lead to immediate eviction.

Tru Voya Hospitality possesses the right to refuse/revoke bookings at their sole discretion.

Terms & Conditions:

Check in 14:00 hours and check out 10:00 hours. Early check in and late checkout will subject to availability.

During 1 October to 31 March no cancellation will be acceptable. Thus, payment is non-refundable during this period.

Extra adult will be charged as INR 2500/- per person per night.

We do not have accommodation for drivers. Hence, we request you to make your own arrangements.
